About Good Faith Appraisals
My name is Chris Vasecka, and I am the owner of Good Faith Appraisals. I have been a certified appraiser for over 20 years. I have owned and operated Good Faith appraisals for the last 15 years. Before that, I was the manager of an appraisal review department at one of the nations largest privately owned appraisal companies in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

When I’m not doing appraisals, I am with my family. I have four children, two in high school, and two that are graduated. My oldest daughter plays basketball at Dordt University in northwest Iowa. My oldest son is the Production Director Embrace Church in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. My next daughter is in high school, and is committed to play basketball for the South Dakota State University Jackrabbits. My next son is in high school playing basketball and baseball. Over the years, I have coached many teams, including baseball, basketball, softball, etc. I currently coach high school baseball in Tea, South Dakota. On Wednesday nights, our office is converted into a men’s Bible study, which I am honored to lead. That’s a lot of games, practices, church events, and normal family life to try and keep track of. My wife, Stacy, is the manager of all of that. Without her, our family does not function!

Good Faith Appraisals is certified in three states. We do conventional and FHA appraisals in South Dakota, Minnesota, and Iowa. Our office is conveniently located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, which is close to the border of northwest Iowa and western Minnesota.
